when we arrived late in the nearby holiday inn express hotel, this restaurant was suggested by the staff at the reception. a 5-minute walk brought us to this inviting restaurant that had a cheap menu - I had pizza and beer - and a beautiful environment. the waiter was helpful and spoke very good English, as apparently most people in heidelberg, and that eating was of good quality and was promptly served (this also applies to the beer!.) a good sound and I would definitely recommend it.
I brought a school group of 41 here last week; by e-mail agreed in advance. we got a good price per person and when I asked to add an extra course after half the night, this was not a problem. the food was delicious and plentiful, the service was good and the staff was friendly. my only complicity would be that a fee was charged for the water of conduct - but this turned out to be the norm in quite heidelberg (ciemlich strange.) otherwise - fantastic.
excellent italian in heidelberger living area on the römerstraße. excellent pastel dishes and Dachsenfranz beer. more acceptable price. this was our first night in heidelberg and since we did not want to drive to the old city by the tram, we decided to stay in the apartment we rented. good choice. we spent the evening chatting with a nice couple of singapur and happy to drink a few beers.
although the name sounds Italian, the owner names on my CC case were clearly Russian-Slavian origin. we were with a group there and the whole table was disappointed by eating. my heavy fish was dry, with the texture of pappe. the full-grain pizza of my wife had a similar consistency. the restaurant is a large open space that is not particularly cozy. da baggio is just a short walk from the holiday inn express, which was very nice after a long day of travel. had penne noodles with paprika and homemade meatballs. it was very, very good! the prices are reasonable and the stand is friendly. take mc and visa, but not america express. by the way, the pizza looked great and must come back next time!
I like the lunch menu, good salad dress, great pizza, which I think is the best in heidelberg. creamy sauce and cheese, the basic is not as thin as I like. the pizza is easy, but somehow I can't finish it. the personal always asks me kindly whether I want to pack it, and it still tastes great after I reheated it in the night.
Yeah, it was totally average. yes, the past was good, but that's normally, the Minestrone soup was a thin, thin suppe and very watery. the ambiente in the restaurant was clean and modern. the service was excellent and in English/German. the waiter was an immigrant.
this restaurant is located very close to the city center and serves a large selection of Italian dresses, from salads to pasta with seafood to ravioli. it is very clean with a good service to reasonable trips Réservez une table maintenant
dinner tonight, the best saltimbocca I ever had. good wine card, beautiful environment and the personal is attentive without being intrusive. go there!
