Dac's Smokehouse Bbq East Peoria

I’m not sure who to blame here. Whether it’s GrubHub or the preparation from DACs smokehouse… I just spent $148 to have barbecue delivered to our home for a family of six and the meal was completely a mess. There were stale rolls… About an inch of juice in the bottom of the to go bag and the food was cold. On top of that there were two missing items of macaroni and cheese. Is this where we are now with customer service and the convenience of food delivery?? Completely dissatisfied and our meal was terrible. Especially when when our entire family was looking forward to this. I don’t normally do reviews but I had to write something … Especially when the cost of this is so expensive… You expect...

I visited the Peoria location and found the brisket to be just average. However, the jalapeño corn muffins were fantastic and highly addictive, as were the baked beans. Unfortunately, the meatloaf was a major disappointment; it was sliced so thin that it resembled paper and was incredibly dry. I recommend either improving the recipe or removing it from the menu altogether. I don't plan on trying it again, but I would definitely return to pick up a bag of those muffins to enjoy with my own home-cooked dinner.

4 stars goes to the great customer service from the women at the register and the sides we had. But disappointed with the luke warm not so spicy Nashville hot chicken. To bad because I have been reading all about this corporate chicken concept to have better hotter: chicken at a grocery store. The greens and the okra were ? though. Not sure if i will give them another try since that chicken really didn 't live up to the hype!

Dac's is truly a hidden treasure! I've dined there multiple times, and I've always left satisfied. Their chicken tandoori nachos are exceptional! I've also had Dac's cater lunches for my team on several occasions, and it has consistently been a huge success! The portions are always plentiful, and the service is outstanding. Outstanding! We were in town for a wrestling tournament and looked up local BBQ restaurants. We were lucky enough to stumble upon this gem. The BBQ was stellar and the sides were lights out. If you have the option to get the jalapeno corn bread it is a life changer. We wish you had one near St. Louis.

My workplace ordered catering from Dac's for a holiday meal, and I must say, I’m at a loss for words. I’m absolutely stuffed! I went back for seconds, and if I hadn’t been so full, I would have gone for thirds. This place is amazing, and the catering service was perfect.

Disgusting. Just paid $20 for a brisket plate to go and potato salad was so hard it was inedible. Brisket was dry and hard too. I will never be going back to any of their locations. I knew this place quality of food was hit/miss and today just cemented, never going back!

The staff were great helpful this macaroni is the BEST I’ve ever had in my life! loaded with meat of your choice and a small is just the right size to fill you up! The house salad was also amazing I would have visited twice in a row but they’re closed on Sundays lol Réservez une table maintenant

Just ordered food from here and let me say I am genuinely surprised how good it was. Being from Texas, I have pretty high standards when it comes to barbecue, but these ribs were outstanding.

Interesting place. No ambiance...food was ok. Think I'd go back and try it again. Liked the Mac n'cheese
