I give this place plenty of chances, but time after time, my experience, this last visit especially, has not been positive.The quality of the food has always been fine, but the staff seem to not care about customer service or keeping up with orders whatsoever. I placed a mobile order and went in fifteen minutes after ordering. After I told them my order was a mobile, the cashier asked if my food was ready, which it hadn 't even been started. Another employee said something to the effect of Our cooks were back there playing around, but your stuff will be ready soon. Went tonight through the drive thru and as usual had to pull up and wait on my order to be walked out to me. When we got it checked the order and was missing the onion rings we ordered. So like most nights I go I I’m in my night cloths because hey I’m just going through the drive thru but…… no I’ve course I had to walk inside like I didn’t want to have to do and get the onion rings I ordered. Although we didn't order from Dairy Queen, I just had a great conversation with one of the most courteous managers I've encountered in the fast food industry. He took the time to call me personally to follow up on an inquiry I made about an order. His professionalism, helpfulness, and politeness were truly impressive. I wish there were more individuals like him in fast food establishments. If I lived in Perle, I would certainly make a point to visit his restaurant regularly. The young lady I spoke with prior to him was also a delight. Thank you, Jeremy, for being one of the good ones. Your efforts do not go unnoticed!
I went and took my godson gave them and my order the man was on the phone with somebody the whole time he was taking my order he didn’t make my godson‘s burger correctly he didn’t bring out their milkshakes I had to walk back up there and remind him about their milkshakes and then ice cream was supposed to came with all of her meals and he did not bring them out there to us or give them to us when we order them he stayed on the phone the whole time very unprofessional I will not be back there this is the Dairy Queen in Pearl Mississippi I think the guy that waited on me his name is Mark or something like that

we came and ordered today at 3:00 a.m. and the waitress gave me and my grandmother the right order came on time with our shakes and everything. my friend accused her too much. I asked for a manager and she looked at me and the manager was there to do nothing. she said he was busy, look at me. my friend got them 35 minutes later after ours and we were done. that is terrible service and dq is known for good service. very disappointed
tonight, when we wanted to eat. it wasn't busy. we've been waiting for our food for a long time. our fries were burned and the cheese curds were so crispy and also burned. there was no one in them. I tried to call back to the load, but nobody answered. We didn't eat tonight, but we stopped getting ice. never disappointed by the ice
the restaurant was great. it was clean. I went to the toilet room to wash my hands and found an iphone and turned it in and it actually ended up one of the workers phones, he was happy. I had a banana chocolate milkshake. it was good.
we went because we wanted to get the dipping cone, I had to wait almost 15 minutes until I never had to wait for a DIPPED-CONE. So I went in to get it. the little girls who work were as if I were wrong. very rude staff.
