The WORST DQ ever in Victoria. Ordered thru the app which I won't make that mistake again. The app didn't say if you had to go inside or outside so I assumed I could go thru the drive thru. The line was very long but I just had a radiation treatment at the hospital and didn't feel like going inside. When I got to the speaker outside they told me I had to pick up inside. I told the girl the app didn't specify that and now I was in a long line of cars in front and in back of me. I had to wait in line to get out of there. The girl only said I'm sorry. How hard would it have been for them to hand me my paid order thru the side window? They made me sit there till all the cars in front cleared out...
I ordered a children's cone for my 2 year after making some vaccines. Girl told me the next time I had the voucher from the doctor's office in the window, I said nothing, but then she was insulted, I said nothing and she said OK, thank you. She talked to me as if she was mother and was rude about it. Because of my missing answer to her instructions for an order at DQ. I have not received a rulebook to order a ride through Sorry, but no one has the right to act like this, and now I see why this place is usually always dead? RULE NOTED: Make sure you let them know if you have a voucher before moving to the window. On: rude little girl.
It seems like most of the negative reviews of Karen's come from people who were simply in a bad mood or upset that the staff didn't treat them like royalty. Some even mentioned that the employees were "not kept for any reason." Were they rude? Perhaps it was just because the staff didn't speak to them with overly sweet tones. In my two visits, I found the employees to be polite and efficient. The food was exactly what I ordered and absolutely delicious. I will definitely return again and again!
Order in drive-thru... after paying for it, asked me to move forward so that her watch can stop (all drive-thru chains do this now), although nobody was behind me. Of course, my order was wrong because they entered the wrong information. I asked her to do it right, I was told that I can go in and a new order that defeats the reason to use the Drive-Thru. It won't be back.
I ordered a #1 with cheese all the way, they did get my burger wrong, but when I took it back the cashier in the drive thru was very nice, she offered me a milkshake, I declined, she personally went a made my burger herself and it was delicious!! Thanks for the customer service and making me a fresh burger!! Happy customer here!!
Very large DQ. I have not seen one this big before. Somewhat clean inside, same great quality food and desserts. This restaurant is close to college campus but was not crowded. Like I said there was a lot of seating inside. There is a drive through and a large parking lot.
