Update: Increasing my rating from 1 star to 4. We've been enjoying their burgers occasionally, and they're quite good for fast food. The staff also seem friendlier now. I would still advise avoiding the fish sandwich unless they've changed their supplier, as it was not good. First experience: We ordered a hamburger and a fish sandwich. The hamburger was excellent, but the fish sandwich was awful—it tasted spoiled.
