Dairy Queen - Réservation de table

I came here this evening for the first time in years. The entire place is run by high school kids. They all seemed extremely overwhelmed, they didn 't make eye contact when ordering and they literally threw your change at you. I watched them give change to people while waiting for my order and they did it to everyone. Literally just throwing their change at them and it dropping all over. My order somehow got lost and after about 20 min I went back up to reorder. After the second time ordering it was not what I ordered and the boy at the counter was basically like, oh well. I took it to the other side (the food side) and asked to deal with a woman. She came back in a min with the correct ice...

i've been here before and they're always a tad off because all thee employees are very young (sorry not sorry) but tonight we got here at 8:45 knowing they stop serving food at 9pm and i waited outside the window for a good 5 minutes EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE looked at me through the window and never approached me to ask what i wanted. almost as if they were waiting out the clock. finally, i placed the order through the app and i guess once it went through, someone immediately came to the window and asked if he could help me... i told him i placed an order on the app and if looks could kill from all of them... you could sense them talking badly. the girl comes and gives me my food with an attitu...

Just a tip... when a customer requests ketchup and mustard ON THE SIDE ....for fries and maybe a little more ketchup is desired on the burger... that doesn 't mean add all extra ketchup and mustard on to the burger itself!

I used to love the delicious and creamy DQ ice cream, but my recent visit left me disappointed. The ice cream was no longer creamy or flavorful like before, but instead, it was granular and tasteless. Such a shame. Réservez une table maintenant

Yesterday, I had a delicious burger that left me impressed! The fries were hot and crispy, and the ranch sauce was excellent. I really enjoyed the convenient walk-up window at the Original Dairy Queen.

Very quick turn around time on my food and very pleasant staff. The parking lot can be a pain to get out of but not a detractor from the experience
