I was the only one at the counter to order, and it took a really long time to be helped. I was finally attended, and I only ordered frozen treats, but those took forever to come. I then noticed customers that ordered after me, were getting orders before me. I then went to the counter and asked about my order. I was then told my order had been skipped. We then had to wait additional time for them to put our order together. A lot of customers arrived, but there was nowhere for them to sit, as the entire half of the restaurant was closed off. We ended up with a dirty table that we had to clean ourselves.
Food is tasty, the only reason why I gave it only 2 stars is because my husband and I usually go there during our lunch hour and always ask for an extra patty and extra cheese in our burger and 4 out of 5 times they forget to put them in our burger, yet we do get the extra charge! It's so inconvenient and frustrating since we still have to drive all the way back to work and eat before our time is up so we basically don't have the time to go back for them to give us the extras we were charged for!
After I paid extra for a Texas size meal, I realized that the pommes were pretty small. I asked if I could have more (nicely) because I had paid extra. The cook in the back threw more pommes on my burger and continued to say que más quiere. (What else does she want?) I asked what I paid for not having a hand. Employees should be trained to talk to customers or keep their comments. The manager said nothing, but I'll talk to her. Extremely disrespectful.
Never again. Orders are wrong even though I literally repeat it multiple times and the serving size I request get charged but I get two sizes smaller. This Manager needs to get this DQ together. Pathetic service. I was in a hurry and the staff literally just said Oh I wasn't the one who put order together. Food is going to the trash. It's burned and tastes charred.
