I imagined the perfect Choco Brownie Extreme, with rich brownie and chocolate flavors all the way through, but perhaps that was asking too much. In the past, I often found the lower third of my treat filled with plain vanilla instead of the indulgent chocolate I craved. But, I held onto hope. And then, it happened! your customer service is very bad. i scanned my code for free regular onions rings on the app and did not deduce that amount from my receipt. your employee said ‘i dont know what happened’ fix your customer service or else next time im reporting you to the DQ headquarters for bad customer service in Williston ND. the girl with glasses with a bit of red in hair needs to fix her customer service, don’t hire employees in your building just because you need EMPLOYEES. next time when you hire people, make sure they got a good attitude who dont say ‘i dont know’, you guys dont do a good job!

The service was excellent, but I was somewhat disappointed with my order. There was quite a bit less ice cream compared to the brownie. However, I suppose that reflects a focus on quality rather than quantity for the same price. Next time, I'll just opt for a sunset dessert. Overall, it wasn't bad!

Worst DQ I have ever been to. Ordered a burger. The meat looked almost white. Bizarre. Tasted awful. Staff were rude, clueless, seemed angry to be there. One woman had her loud kids there while she was working. Why would a manager let an employee bring their kids to work?? Avoid this place. Réservez une table maintenant

Not happy with the accuracy of my order was missing items and food was cold by the time I got the missing items they locked the doors for dinner in due to being short staffed understandable but I was ignored for a solid 10 minutes when trying to get my missing items

Too many kids working there rather socialize and hand out free things to their friends than work and help the people that have been standing in line for 10-15 mins. kudos to rhe blonde girl with long hair and glasses that picks up the slack of the other workers.

I went to the restaurant and my Blizzard was melted, despite the fact that she quickly put it on her head. It wasn't mixed properly and wasn’t as good as the one I had two weeks ago. There was a large air bubble in it too.

Really just try to get in and out as fast as possible. Rarely ever go there and see tables and floor clean and free of sticky spots. Drive thru drive way is still messed up. Réservez une table maintenant

Food was nasty and not to mention my shake had random flakes in it not sure if that’s normal it was a plain vanilla shake, probably won’t ever get Dairy Queen again!

Amazing, there is food is good and they take no long time, there are blizzards good to bite
