I used to visit this restaurant frequently for their burgers and pitas, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The burgers were overcooked and dry, and the tomato slices were so mushy that I couldn't even pick them up. The fries were barely warm, and they forgot to include the onions that were supposed to come with my order. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. I witnessed the person at the front counter, who was taking orders and handling cash, go straight to grab chicken strips without wearing gloves or washing their hands, and then send the food out the door. It was quite off-putting! I almost asked for a refund right then and there, but...
I had a delightful lunch experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was equally impressive, also a perfect 5; the staff was attentive and cheerful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was pleasant, rating a 4 for its inviting ambiance, making it a great spot to relax with a meal. Overall, you can enjoy a satisfying lunch here for around $10 to $20 per person. Highly recommended!
I just had the most disappointing experience with my order from this restaurant—it's the worst I've encountered at any food establishment. When I called to inform them that some items were missing from my order and that the fries were burnt, they responded immaturely, like high schoolers pretending to be serious and passing the phone around. I really hope to get in touch with the owner soon because people like that shouldn’t be working in this industry. Service: Delivery.
The Fire Philly I ate had just the right amount of flavor and proportion to make for an enjoyable lunch. It's messy, so come prepared to wear some of the food and grab several napkins. The dining area is dated and dimly lit. It seemed a little untidy, which for many Oil workers isn't an end all story, but I'd be hard pressed to call the atmosphere good. One of the most filthy, dirty, disgusting places I have ever seen. Sticky floors, rotting ceiling tiles, sticky table tops, dirty menu. Pretty sure they served us rotten meat. It tasted nasty. Veggies were soft, old and probably expired. I am absolutely shocked as to how they get so many 4 and 5 star reviews. How could anyone give a place so dirty 5 stars? Weird. Probably fake reviews. I would avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere. YUCK!!
I've been dining here since they opened because their gyros are out of this world. The restaurant is quite clean, but unfortunately, the building and its interiors feel a bit worn and outdated. A minor redesign of the seating area would really help. Nonetheless, the cleanliness is consistent, and the food is always delicious and affordable. You definitely won’t be disappointed.
great food and friendly service! I went on a big reopening day looking for a light lunch. the personal has recommended their euro salad. it was perfect and had the right amount of taste. my salat was big and can easily feed 2 people. I'm back. Réservez une table maintenant
