I had a wonderful experience thanks to the incredibly friendly service! The staff was very attentive. After driving back from Kentucky to Hampton Roads, Virginia, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch there. The atmosphere felt like a tight-knit community, with everyone seemingly familiar with one another. I also appreciate that they are raising funds for St. Jude!
Blizzards are the best! However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. It might have just been the one girl working at the drive-thru, as she seemed to be having a bad day and didn't bother to provide a cup holder for the three Blizzards I ordered. She even scoffed at me. Despite that, the ice cream was really good!
The staff was extremely friendly, and the gentleman who took our order even offered to upgrade our drinks for free when he found out we were in a hurry. His upbeat attitude really made the whole experience enjoyable. It was my first visit to a Dairy Queen, and I genuinely wish we had one at home!
I was the third car in line, but it took 12 minutes to go from the ordering menu to the pickup window. When I finally got my order, they almost handed me the wrong one, and the correct order was messy and poorly prepared. Overall, it was just a blizzard from the regular menu—nothing special. Always clean,friendly,and pleasant experience each time I stop here. Always greeted with a Hello each time you walk in and ask if everything is okay with whatever you purchase. Professional service every time.
They don't know how to make Reindeer bites blizzards. Someone needs to show them how. I can get them at other DQ. Very sad they want even try. Never going back to this one and I will tell all my friends. BAD
The sundae topped with hot fudge, caramel, and pecans is absolutely delightful! Although the ice cream cakes are a bit on the expensive side, they are incredibly delicious as well.
