Dairy Queen Grill Chill

This restaurant has become a favorite spot for my family, and we’ve consistently enjoyed great experiences each time we visit. The drive-through option is a major advantage, allowing us to easily grab a meal on the go. During our latest visit, we were delighted when a friendly staff member offered our husky a special 'puppy cup.' It was a thoughtful touch that truly brightened our day. We really appreciate the effort this place puts into its customer service, and we will certainly be returning.

I recently had my first visit to DQ and was excited to try their ice cream cake. A wonderful young lady helped me and took the time to explain the different flavors and types of cake available. She was friendly and extremely helpful. The ice cream cake was delicious—not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely return and recommend this place to others.

We ordered our son's first birthday cake from this location, even though it’s not close to our home. We were in search of custom details for the cake, and none of the other Dairy Queens were able or willing to assist us. However, from the start, the staff here was exceptionally helpful and patient in helping us achieve the design we had in mind. A heartfelt thank you to Shen, Zita, and Yvonne!

Whenever I visit this place for ice cream or snacks, I typically use the drive-thru, which gracefully winds around a lovely vintage house that used to be a pub and is now, as I understand it, a boba café. I truly value the staff; they are always clever and have a fantastic sense of humor. Additionally, the food and drinks are consistently delightful! Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered a chocolate extreme blizzard and paid extra for some additional brownies. Unfortunately, my blizzard only contained one tiny piece of brownie. I usually choose this location because it's consistently better than the one on Markham Main Street, so I'm really disappointed this time.

This is my favorite Dairy Queen in Markham. We usually go through the drive-thru, and the service is always prompt and friendly. I usually stick to the desserts, and they are consistently excellent. My top choice is the Mint Oreo. It can get busier in the summer months.

Unfortunately, the service was lacking. The staff appeared somewhat disorganized and struggled to handle the larger crowd, leading to a lengthy wait before our order was taken. Overall, it was a decent visit, and I would recommend stopping by for the desserts!
