Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Ordered a banana split... After waiting 20 minutes to order!!!!Just about the worst service I've encountered. If it wasn't for the fact that their ice cream hasn't changed, unlike other chains where corporate bean counters have ruined the menu..I would've walked.THEN ANOTHER 10 MINUTES TO MAKE IT!!! I wanted to suggest I go back behind the counter and make the FN thing myself. ?And when it was finally made the girl was standing at the counter holding it in air and decided to have a conversation with one of the other girls. Cleared my throat and simply said... BEEN WAITING 30 MINUTES!!No idea who was the manager.. the place was a mess.. run by kids with no work ethic .. and even worse service...

To be honest, I would have to say that this DQ would be on the bottom of my list of DQ's after 70 years of going there. It was staffed with all younger people that I feel really didn't care. The service was fair and the burger we ordered WITHOUT ONIONS came WITH LOTS OF ONIONS. I took it back and they said that they would get us a NEW burger but when I got back to the table, it was the same burger just with the onions scraped off and the inside of the burger looked like a TOTAL MESS with everything all over the burger AND inside the container it was in. I will not recommend this store to anyone for sure ! ! !

Sadly the customer service isn't there, you enter the store only to be ignored and not spoken with while they complete online orders. Even a simple be right with you goes a long way. Takes about 15 mins minimum to place an order and another 10 to get it. Store isn't the cleanest either.

I arrived at 815, the store closes at 9. I was informed they were done serving grill items for the night. I asked if this is normal for them to stop serving food 45 minutes before close and they said yes. Glad I drove across town for nothing.

The cake they made for my daughter's 3rd birthday was incredible! Better than I could have imagined and the staff were so friendly and helpful when I went to pick it up!
