Dairy Queen Grill Chill

After I got to my car, I realized they had forgotten my fries. I went through the drive-thru again to let them know, and the girl at the window asked for my bag as if she didn’t believe me. She handed me the bag and closed the window without any further explanation. Once I got home, I discovered they had added sauce to my burger and left out the bacon. I didn’t think my order was that complicated, but apparently, it was. When I called back to address the issue, the manager on duty was rude and dismissive. Maybe if they spent less time chatting about their weekend and focused more on customer service, they wouldn’t mess up orders so badly. I won’t be returning.

The staff at this fast food restaurant is the most efficient I've ever encountered—seriously! I once waited in a drive-thru line that wrapped around the entire building, yet I was in and out in just 15 minutes with my burgers. Not only are they fast, but they also get orders right and don’t forget items in the bag. The burgers, wraps, and other menu items are actually prepared properly, unlike at some places where you end up with too many pickles stacked or a big blob of ketchup on one side. The team is quite young, but they perform better than 90% of adult employees at other restaurants. Keep up the great work! You all are amazing!

I haven’t dined at this location yet, but I reached out to the manager today about a child with a nut allergy who will be visiting on a school trip. They were extremely accommodating. While the restaurant isn’t nut-free, the manager took the time to review the menu with me and informed the staff about the child's visit to ensure their safety. Thank you!

We waited over 20 minutes for a Blizzard, with only two cars ahead of us. When we finally reached the window, our Blizzard was melted. As a result, we had to wait for them to remake it. Réservez une table maintenant

I absolutely loved Dairy Queen! You really know how to impress. It’s my favorite fast food chain, without a doubt. I would love to work here! Your service and staff are fantastic!

My best visit to a fast food restaurant. The food actually looked like the do in the pics. My server went above and beyond to ensure I had everything on the order. Top notch

Service is generally fast and the food is okay. New burger patties that DQ is using kinda taste like hockey puck though.

Solid food, one of the best fast food in town. Would be 5 stars but prices are a bit pricey.
