I would give zero stars for the customer service if I could. I was just here with my husband at 4:45pm, July 11th. We ordered a peanut butter sundae. When my husband brought the sundae to the car I noticed there was barely any peanut butter sauce. I was disappointed so, he took the sundae back to the counter and kindly asked for a little more peanut butter sauce (and showed the employee how little sauce was on it). She was a younger woman, who was just about to add more PB sauce when a woman who appeared to be in her late 40s shouted at my husband, said “No! no! don’t do that” to the other young employee, and told us the pb sauce is pre portioned and she would not be helping us. The food is very good and the the people are very nice and patient. The one thing that annoys me is that I order the bacon double cheeseburger with no lettuce and no pickles. I know the folks taking my order get it right. They repeat back my requests as they are entering into the computer. maybe the folks putting the orders together should read what the order says? This happens everytime .
Ordered a last minute ice cream sheet cake. Asked them to just decorate it spring time. We were blown away. Whoever decorated that cake did a fantastic job. Thank you... want to post a pic.Met the new owner and they are very nice people and will do very well.Thank you, Joe and Jackie.
The place is closed by 6pm on a Friday, what a joke. Need to update service hours on the DQ app which claim to be open till 9pm hahahaha). Maybe it’s the off-season but plenty of people are down the road at Dormans. I’d review the ice cream always good) if we could buy any. :

Ordered an Ice-cream Cake from the Rockland Dairy Queen. I went to to speak with the owner. She helped me pick out the perfect cake for the date, I needed. I picked it up and it was perfect. Everyone loved the cake. Great job Rockland, Maine Dairy Queen.

They used to hold your blizzard until you were done with your meal. They don’t do that no more which sucks!
