Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Ever since new management has taken over this place has gone down. The portion sizes are smaller for the fries when you order a chicken basket which makes no sense seeing how all the prices are going up so much. The chicken tastes like it was left in the fryer too long and then dropped into a heating cabinet for five hours. Not to mention that it looks worse. The fries tasted old as well an as I said were missing more than half that should be there. I wish I could give it no stars. I don't know how this place is still 4 stars.

Spent 16.50$ on a chicken burger combo…. I asked for spicy and they gave me the normal one. The fries were cold and I could of eaten the whole portion in one bite. Less than a handful. Never going back. Not worth that money at all. Place seemed messy too. Also took almost 10 minutes and I was one of two orders on the screen…

The food wasgood. Our server Anna had a smile on her face when she greeted us and other all the staff were friendly and had a smile on their face.The Atmosphere seemed friendly. But it was cold.But all in all it was a good experience and good food.Parking: There were a lot of free parking spaces.

Recently, this restaurant has experienced a significant decline in quality. The portion sizes of the food have decreased while the prices have increased significantly. Additionally, the customer service under the new ownership has been poor. Réservez une table maintenant

This was another stop along our road trip to Alberta. Restaurant was busy. We were able to get our order fairly quickly and continue on our trip. Food was served hot. No complaints on the food. Restaurant could be a bit more cleaner.

I think the quality has reduced incredibly. We bought blizzard with choco extreme brownie I can only have the flavor of vanilla rather than chocolate or brownie deeply ?

This restaurant is always stocked with a variety of fancy new ice cream and treats, perfect for those who have a sweet tooth. The ambiance is always pleasant as well.

Tiny portions.I went back 2 after my first experience, the portions were better but the on-duty manager couldn't even get a coupon to work.

I really enjoyed the ice cream at this restaurant. They have a wide variety of gluten-free options available.
