Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I have generally avoided the Castlegar DQ because I've never been able to get a quick meal there, but I hadn't been there in a long time so figured I'd suck it up and wait. This was a Saturday for dinner, and they were somewhat busy. Although, after finally getting my takeout meal I realized they only looked busy because of how slow the service was. I waited in line (only 3 people in front of me) for just under 15 minutes. After ordering I waited another 30 minutes for my order (2 hamburgers and fries). Cashier had poor attitude when I complained that my order had not been filled out correctly. Don 't come here anymore it 's garbage now, even more than before. Edited to add: I 'm never coming back; there will be no more chances for DQ in Castlegar. Service was much slower than it should have been, they didn 't listen to our order properly, and gave a terrible attitude when I attempted to have my order fixed. I 've heard numerous complaints, gave you the benefit of the doubt, and you delivered the poorest DQ experience I have ever had across all of Canada. Went there for lunch with my family at 11:30, thought it was going to be a pretty quick lunch since it was super slow in there. We then had to repeat our order 3 separate times, we finally got our food at around 12:10 and the order was wrong and cold. Normally I’m not one to post reviews about business”s but we had such terrible service and they where rude and didn’t care or pay attention to anything customers where saying. 2 other customers that came in after, walked out because of the service and time it took. In the last few months this place has gone completely down hill. The food portions have shrunk and the prices have sky rocketed. Customer service after new owners is terrible as well. Food: 1 Service: 1

Watched an employee drop a stack of food wrappers all over the floor, pick them up, and put them back on the rack to wrap food. Pretty disgusting. Ice cream was good though Réservez une table maintenant
