I am in the drive through order 2 blizzards with the 2 chicken strip meals instead of drinks. The employee looked pained when I asked him for 2 lids and a drink carrier. I believe in good customer service and a customer shouldn't have to feel like its too much to ask for 2 plastic lids and a drink carrier. Second is the price. I paid a little over 38 dollars for 2 meals. 1 four piece and 1 six piece chicken strip basket. They didn't put in the extra gravy I asked and when I got home (only after a few minutes) I could tell that the food wasn't fresh. The fries had the grease glaze over them like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I for one say if I'm paying double for a meal I used to get then I should be entitled to fresh food and at least an employee who doesn't get attitude when asking for minor things to keep the food from spilling. All in all will never go back. I've had several problems with this location.
Went in to grab an ice cream cake for my son. They have a lot of ice cream cake to choose from. He ended up choosing the strawberry cheesecake ice cream cake. Took it to the counter, 4-5 workers standing at the counter. I asked one of them which register to go to so I could pay. She told me someone would come help. So I continued to stand and wait while all of the workers stood in silence watching me. It was kind is awkward. Lol..I 'm not sure if they were all in training as they all looked young. Good luck to them.
