"Dairy Queen is great (especially this time of year)! We ordered a couple cones and a Blizzard. The food was delicious but the cones didn't last long in the 90° weather. But that's part of the reason why they give you napkins!"

Usually only share positive reviews on Google, but this was such a poor experience I have to post about it. First off, the two blizzards we ordered came out maybe 3/4 full. We asked about it and the worker said that’s just how it is and was completely unhelpful. Finally he took them and just added vanilla ice cream to the top. Next, the blizzards were incredibly runny. By the time we got home it was almost like soup. The worst part, though, was finding a strand of hair in the blizzard, as shown in this picture. Grew up coming here for years…not sure if ownership has changed or what, but I would never return again based on this experience.
Hands down the worst DQ experience tonight. My husband and I usually love this location and frequent it often. My dipped cone was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever had. The chocolate was incredibly chunky. The chocolate was running down the cone, and the napkin was stuck to it so to eat my cone I had to eat the napkin. When I actually got to the cone it was SO stale. I could hardly chew it and ended up tossing it. I forgot to mention the staff was an absolute mess and just didn’t seem to be working. I’m really sad because I love this location and the manager always seemed to be great and on top of it.
Just went through the drive through of this Dairy Queen while it wasn’t busy. Didn’t get helped for about 5 min. My blizzard was melted and not mixed. My blizzard was also overflowing, he didn’t do the flip test and the cup was very messy. Ice cream wasn’t cold and fries were rock hard. Bad customer service at the window and nice hello or have a good night would have been nice! But instead didn’t talk! Very unimpressed.
Quick service. Beautifully designed ice cream cake and when they added happy birthday on it they held it for me in the freezer when they realized we were eating there before leaving. They were very attentive and brought it out to us quickly when we were ready to leave. Onion rings are the best ever!
