Avoid arriving 30 minutes before closing, as you'll be asked to leave and forced to take your order to go. It seems they were ready to close, even though we planned to stay past their posted closing time. The gentleman at the counter attempted to assist us, but he was overridden by the woman working the drive-thru. I would mention their names, but no one had name tags. It's unfortunate because this Dairy Queen has a great location for anyone attending events at Pelham High, like games and concerts. However, we won't be returning.
I have never in my life left a drive-through without getting to the window until coming here. Asked if they still had the Orange Julius (Had no clue it was discontinued, And it would have been fine if I was just told that) Worker: Do What? I politely repeated the question Worker yells* : BRUH WHAT? I said Nevermind Then heard an Obnoxious, and condescending laugh. I left the line. I Will NEVER go back. Also, the Menu Prices are all significantly higher than on their website. It takes nothing to be nice.
I really wish this place were better since it's the closest restaurant to my home. It used to be much better about seven years ago. I hope the quality at this Dairy Queen can improve, or it might end up shutting down. The staff isn't very polite, and the food quality is lacking. I know it's a fast food restaurant and not a fine dining establishment, but it has really declined over the years.

I ordered a banana split, but the banana was rotten, which was quite unpleasant. The ice cream was decent once I removed the banana, but overall, it wasn't worth the $6 I paid.
