Dairy Queen (treat)

The ice cream is fantastic, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. They close at 10 PM, and I arrived in line at 9:40 PM. I placed my order at the drive-thru and waited, as there were three cars ahead of me. When I finally reached the window, the employee closed the service window and ignored my presence. I honked my horn and even got out to knock on the window. Eventually, he opened the window and told me they close at 10 PM. He refused to serve me my ice cream, and I ended up wasting 25 minutes for no reason.

Unfortunately the gentleman does not charge for the correct product. We ask for 2 small soft drinks, which normally come in cones, but we ask for them in cups because we have a gluten allergy, a request that we make everywhere in the other DQs but the gentleman charges us like Sundaes, instead of 4.19$ he charges us 5.29$. Check your invoices. I don't know if he understands the products he sells?!? It is very disappointing to see the dishonesty of this gentleman, who also closes the ticket counter door impolitely.

Ever single time I try ordering from Uber or doordash they cancel the order!! I mean how about you just go offline of your not going to accept orders!! Service: Delivery Service: 1

Do not respect the prices displayed. When asked to change the price, closes the drive-thru window and refuses to serve us. VERY DISHONEST!!! Monitor your bills. Service: 1

Error on their side on my order, I go back to get what I asked for and I am refused, I have to pay again to get what I really asked for. Sorry but that's theft.
