Dairy Queen (treat)

This is the second time I've experienced rude service from the same woman at this restaurant. Today, there were two women working. I ordered the Oreo dirt blizzard, which I've had before, but this time there were no gummies in it. When I asked her what I had received, as it looked nothing like what was advertised, she took my spoon and started swirling the contents around. Since there were still no gummies, she just threw some on top, but one of them slid across the counter. At that point, I decided I didn't want it anymore and asked for a refund. The other employee attempted to give me a Canadian coin and 50 cents in dimes, even though I had just paid with quarters. They don't accept credit...

A few weeks ago, I visited this restaurant to order a rather pricey blooming onion. While I was there, a young blonde teenager working at the counter hit the small window in my face right after I politely asked a simple question about the pricing. Instead of answering me, she ignored my question, and another staff member had to step in to respond. Her actions came across as a bit aggressive, and I believe she doesn’t deserve to have a job if she’s going to be rude to paying customers. I hope they can improve their customer service!

I've been visiting this particular location since I was a child, and it's always been excellent. Who doesn't enjoy a DQ Blizzard? I'm really happy it's still around so I can share this experience with my own kids. Being open year-round is a huge advantage as well. This place has consistently provided job opportunities for local high school and college students, helping them gain valuable experience. My family and I will continue to support our local DQ.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the ice cream was delicious. They even added sprinkles to my special edition ice cream, which made me really happy! Plus, I noticed that customers were maintaining a six-foot distance and everyone was wearing masks, creating a safe environment. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of! I love you Ben Jerry's but nothing like Dairy Queen, I recently moved and in my old neighborhood Dairy Queen was right around the corner, now I have to travel to get my fix and I will because it is sooooooo worth it, I love the all year around option that is their niche and why they are ahead of the Icecream Game. Never change please

After three years of visiting this location, I finally feel it's time for a review. The staff here is consistently friendly, and the manager is fantastic. It's clear that everyone at this DQ takes pride in their work, which is truly refreshing to see these days!
