The food was good but seemed understaffed. There were two people working, but only one was running the register and getting food to the people in line. The one person that was serving customers only slightly nodded at me to indicate he was ready to take my order. When he did speak I had to ask him to speak up as he was mumbling his questions to me.I also found the attached signs interesting.
The stars are not for the worker that was working I give him 5 STARS!!! He was working a Saturday ALONE. Who is managing this store! It was extremely busy and he's doing the job of 5 people. Very disheartening. Sorry but this store is not my favorite I'd go some where better managed.
This place was just kinda icky. The dude just didn?t talk to us through the order and all of the products made were just off. Not a great experience. They also charged extra for something I didn?t even order. Not a great time, but we had ice cream at theend, so not a total bust.
Terrible I dont understand how after all the bad reviews nothing has changed. We ordered through uber and they didn't send 4 of our drinks, the hot dog buns were extra hard and the pretzels we ordered seemed to have mold. Never again none of us including the kids were happy. I ordered a banana split tonight, but it didn't come with any whipped cream or nuts. When I asked the server if it usually comes with nuts, he said no and ignored my request. He didn't seem very enthusiastic about working tonight.
RUDE STAFF- Do not spend your money here. when this location first opened I figured it was just getting things together due to covid/lack of employees etc- now a year later same horrible service and experience. Never coming back.
I arrived at this location 30 minutes before closing, only to find the doors locked. There were employees inside closing up, which I found very disappointing. I drove 15 minutes only to be turned away.
Ordered an orange julius and waited 10 minutes for it while 7 other ppl walked in paid and left with their stuff. Réservez une table maintenant
Just delicious, I really like the chili dog and all blizzard combination, special the strawberry and chocolate.
