Dairy Queen (treat)

This has been my go-to ice cream shop for a long time, but it seems like the management is having some operational difficulties. As a customer, that's the impression I've gotten. The store isn’t always very clean when I visit, and the restrooms could use significant improvement. I do want to commend the staff—they're young and truly trying their hardest to serve customers promptly, but it’s challenging with only two of them working. They could really use more help or better pay.

This Dairy Queen closes at 9:30 PM, and when I arrived at 9 PM, there was a long line extending to the door. While waiting, it was obvious that the management needed improvement; the place had a bad odor, and the counters were quite filthy. To add to the disappointment, they announced that they were out of ice cream, which seemed like a tactic to close early and avoid serving the rest of the customers. I won't be returning to this Dairy Queen.

This Dairy Queen closes at 9:30 PM, and when I got there at 9 PM, I saw a line stretching all the way to the door. As I waited, it was clear that there was a lack of effective management in place. The smell was off-putting, and the counters were quite dirty. To top it off, they announced they were out of ice cream, seemingly just to speed things up and avoid serving the rest of the customers. I won’t be coming back to this Dairy Queen.

I mentioned that her behavior was quite rude, especially since I had faced unpleasant interactions with her previously. Rather than apologizing, she chose to engage in an argument with me. Feeling frustrated, I decided to leave and won’t be returning to this location. I recognize that staffing can be challenging these days, but since there was no one else around, a bit of basic courtesy would have made a big difference. Réservez une table maintenant

I really like Dairy Queen, but unfortunately, it's quite dirty. The floors and tables are generally unclean, with crumbs and melted ice cream found behind the counters. I even noticed some money lying around in that area. It’s obvious that the staff isn't taking their responsibilities seriously, which is really disappointing.

Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience that made us feel like an inconvenience, even though the store was still technically open. I don’t intend to return to this location due to the unwelcoming atmosphere.

I visited this restaurant and noticed that the staff member was working solo. Even though he had probably served his 100th customer of the day, he welcomed me with a bright smile and said, "Hi, how's it going?"

I discovered a fake nail in my Blizzard, which was incredibly unappetizing, and I'm genuinely disappointed.

This is a wonderful restaurant that is great for families, and the ice cream is incredibly tasty!
