We picked a beautiful day to enjoy some ice cream and headed over to Dairy Queen, only to find ourselves stuck in a 40-minute line. The wait wasn’t because of an unusually large crowd but rather because the line inched forward at a snail's pace. Unfortunately, the service was excruciatingly slow. To be fair, there were only three employees working, and two of them were new. Even the sole experienced staff member seemed to be a bit out of their depth. I feel for them; they genuinely tried their best, but it was clear they were overwhelmed. This location appears to be under-staffed and ill-equipped for the demand. It makes me wonder why there wasn’t an owner or senior manager present to assist...

I visited Dairy Queen expecting a fun outing with my child, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed an employee cursing under his breath even though there were children nearby. The blizzard grinder was dirty, and the counter was covered in crumbs from Oreos and other items, making it look very unsanitary. When we received our food, it appeared as if it had been prepared with disdain rather than care. I later learned that the employee's name is Kevin, and I believe this situation needs to be addressed.

I am quite disappointed, especially when I think back to how things were just 2-3 years ago. However, I want to end on a positive note. I genuinely hope the owner sees this and other reviews about this Dairy Queen location and takes swift action to make improvements. I'm willing to give it another chance and truly hope it can return to being the beloved 4.8-star destination my family loved visiting on sunny days. Owner, please take action right away!

I would rate this place with zero stars if possible. Unfortunately, I have to say this was the worst experience I've ever encountered. I spent $40 on four Peanut Buster Parfaits, and they all ended up in the trash! The ice cream didn't even taste like real ice cream! It was a total waste of money and incredibly disappointing. To top it off, I traveled all the way from VSL for this! Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered a sundae but ended up with a volcano instead, resulting in a messy ice cream disaster all over my hands. When I brought it up, they simply apologized for the mess. They really need to rethink their staff, as this could potentially damage their good reputation. Despite this, I still love Dairy Queen.

We visited to celebrate a birthday and had an excellent experience. The customer service was exceptional; the staff member at the entrance was very helpful and even made us laugh, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The service was impressively fast, and I hardly had to wait. The staff was very friendly, and the blizzard dessert was amazing. I was surprised by how big the small size was—I almost couldn't finish it!
