It's used to be great place to go with family to grab some ice-cream. Well, it's changed now. Very depressing place to go ...You have to waist about 30-40 mins in the line (4-5 people in the line! because there were only 2 teenage employees and one of them was very new. He was completely lost! The place stinks of urine. We didn't want to sit inside (as we usually do! . Very disappointed... especially, comparing to the place it's used to be only 2-3 years ago.I want to finish on a positive side! I hope the owner will read this and other reviews about this DQ place and take immediate actions. I will give another try and hopefully it will be the same 4.8 star place that my family liked to go on...
My family has been going to this location for years but tonight was our last visit. To begin with, after arriving home with our takeout order of 4 Blizzards for my family we found this metal piece (pictured) in my daughter's blizzard. When we called, the store admitted that the blizzard cone was damaged and falling apart, so maybe it should be replaced. Another Blizzard with Cinnamon Bun pieces was inedible: The pieces had clearly gone bad as they were hard and tasted like dirt. I have to wonder what other risks they are taking with their patrons' food safety. It was a great day for ice cream today so we went to DQ but was stuck in a 40 minute line. Not because it was that busy, but because the line was barely moving. The service was embarrassingly slow. To be fair, there were only 3 employees and 2 were new. Even the one senior employee seemed fairly junior. I don't blame them as they did the best they could, they were just overwhelmed. This location is poorly staffed and inadequately prepared. Makes me wonder why an owner or senior manager wasn't there helping out. Doesn't bode well for summer if the owners don't get their act together. Only reason this doesn't get 1 star is because the sundae was actually good.
I would have given it a ZERO star if I could. Pains me to say so but, this is the worst I have ever had. I spent $40 on 4 Peanut Buster Parfaits and they ALL ended up in the garbage! The ice cream wasn't even ice cream! Waste of money and so disappointing! On top of that I came from VSL!?
