I would suggest hire an adult manager to supervise your staff as literally kids ages 18 to 24 are running your business. kid#1 is about 21-25yo latina cashier who took my orders of two chicken strips meal with fries, 2 sodas and upgraded the 2 sundae to 2 blizzards and ordered 2 extra plain burgers. Trippled check with her that the burgers are plain as it doesnt say in the receipt. Gave me 2 cups for the drinks 17mins later still nothing while people behind me are already gone so I came back to the counter and asked kid#2 They havent started my orders! Or gave it to someone else. Theyre just in the back kitchen which is visible and they are playing around and talking. Maybe taking a rest as...

About 10 minutes later, another employee brought me my ice cream and apologized, explaining that she hadn’t been informed about my order. When she handed me the Blizzard, she didn’t flip it upside down as is usual, so I did—but it immediately slipped out of the cup and into the lid. I visited the drive-thru and ordered a two-piece chicken tender combo and a large Sprite. According to the drive-thru menu, I could mix any size soft drink with the two-piece order. I also added a blizzard to my order. The staff member seemed unsure and double-checked on the Sprite, which led me to clarify that I wanted a Sprite, as I thought he might have said fries. When I got to the window, I found out I'd been charged for a large fry and an a la carte two-piece instead. I informed the guy that I actually wanted a Sprite, and he swapped the large fry for a medium Sprite. I'm quite frustrated with this restaurant. Each time I visit, I find the new managers to be underwhelming. The current one appears to be lost and unsure of her role. I've observed that the kitchen staff frequently converses in Spanish. Recently, I stopped by when they first opened in the morning, and the morning staff were very friendly. However, the evening crew often seems preoccupied, chatting amongst themselves and using their phones. I have never seen a morning employee on their phone, but the night staff often engages in conversations with friends. It's simply ridiculous. Réservez une table maintenant

The service here was incredibly disappointing. Although the restaurant was open, all the chairs were piled up, which made it seem like they didn't want to welcome customers. We had to move the chairs ourselves just to find somewhere to sit and eat. To make things worse, our order ended up going to someone else. After we finished our meal, we left the chairs down so the staff could clean up, but as I was leaving, an employee shot me a frustrated look and proceeded to stack the chairs without even bothering to clean the table.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Our seniors had to wait over 20 minutes for their food, and during that time, they were disrespected and ignored. The staff even spoke about us customers behind the counter as if it were a joke. This team is highly unprofessional, and one of the pregnant women working there could really use an attitude adjustment before someone has to intervene.

Wow... There were only three employees working, excluding the cook. I waited in line for four minutes before I could place my order, and the soda I got was flat. This was my second visit, and I regret coming back.

The hamburger bun was extremely stale—hard as a rock on the edges and crumbling in the middle. Some of the fries seemed frozen, too. Overall, it just didn't meet the decent quality I remember from Dairy Queen. Réservez une table maintenant
