I would give zero if it were possible. I wanted to give a custom job and I understand that they are busy before Mother's Day, but there is one way to talk to people. the lady was super rude and unpleasant. zero customer service skills. such a shame, but I don't feel like I'm shopping or recommending them. I also called in the morning to ask a question and the guy who answered the phone was also super rude. Maybe that's her mentality. to happiness there are other great bakeries in the opposite. I only read the other reviews, and I see that I'm not the only one that feels like that. I would think if a company even had a bed review, they would want to correct the way they behave. So sad, I only read the answer of the owner and they obviously don't understand what the problem is.
I tried it for the first time after good reviews, later I realized most reviews were for croissants and puff baked, I got honeycake and double chocolate eclair, they were expensive, paid 13$ for this, but it would have been worth it if they taste good. honeycake sawn tasty stale and had gone bad, as it had a light tangy taste, the sponge was also not soft, so I think it was more than 3-4 days old. eclair's outer cover was also not soft and filling inside had light chocolate taste. I really felt like the quality sub par. has not even finished the part I served myself, although I love dessert otherwise.
