Here are a couple of tips for first-time visitors: 1. The spice levels here are similar to those found in hot pot restaurants in Sichuan. In other words, a medium level of spice is already quite spicy, even for me. If you're used to medium elsewhere, it's better to stick to a little spicy here. If you can only handle mild at other places, opt for “little little spicy.” There’s no harm in choosing non-spicy options either; their mushroom soup base is delicious. 2. They offer half portions, which is a huge advantage. I often order too much hot pot because there are so many varieties I want to try. Having half portions makes it much more manageable for smaller groups. The best part is, the pr...

I visited Dalongyi Hot Pot on a Monday afternoon for lunch with a group of seven. We ordered two pots to share, dividing each into three portions. We chose mala spice levels 1 and 2, two bone broths, and two tomato broths. Our selections included mushrooms, spinach, Napa cabbage, fried Chinese donuts, plenty of meat, soy milk, and a pitcher of passion fruit juice. The level 2 spicy broth was extremely intense and flavorful—definitely very spicy but delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the bone broth, which had much more flavor than others I've tried. The passion fruit juice was the perfect complement to cool down the heat. The service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable. As a...

The service at Dalongyi Hot Pot is outstanding! The manager, handsome and dressed casually, personally attends to customers, while the woman at the front desk was wonderfully kind, even offering us ice cream as we waited. Their attention to service is impressive. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary meat — a generous treat we didn’t anticipate. The food was delicious, and the staff were prompt in clearing our plates and meeting our needs. Overall, this place delivers a five-star experience, and we’ll definitely be recommending it to our friends while this offer lasts.

Eating spicy hot pot in the U.S. is quite an emotional experience! The mild spiciness is not overwhelming, but it’s definitely flavorful. The price for individual meat items ranges from about $10 to $20, and the quality of the beef is excellent. Vegetables are around $5. I left feeling full, especially enjoying the pig tripe soup which had a strong pepper flavor and a wonderful broth. There's also a self-service area with side dishes—I just wish they had more stinky tofu! Overall, the place is quite clean, and the staff are all very young. Réservez une table maintenant

We tried three soup bases: pork bone, spicy, and tomato. I didn’t enjoy the tomato flavor, but the pork bone soup was quite good. We also ordered a variety of meats and vegetables. The biggest disappointment was the pig brain — they didn’t prepare it well enough to eliminate the smell. Overall, the hotpot experience was decent, but I would advise against ordering the pig brain.

The air conditioning was not functioning properly, making it uncomfortable to enjoy a hot pot meal while sitting in front of a stove. We also had to deal with mosquitoes biting us throughout our time inside the restaurant. The food was decent, but I won't be coming back. Unfortunately, the low rating is justified.

The air conditioning wasn't very effective, making for an uncomfortable hot pot experience while sitting in front of a stove. We were also bothered by mosquitoes biting us during the meal, even inside the restaurant. The food was decent, but I won't be coming back. Unfortunately, the low rating is justified.

The restaurant is located on the second floor, and you place your order through an app. While it's not an all-you-can-eat establishment, the prices are still reasonable. There's ample underground parking available. I found the duck tongue to be quite gamey. Réservez une table maintenant

When we arrived on Saturday, December 10, 2022, the restaurant was closed. We weren't certain whether this was a permanent closure, as there were no signs to indicate what was going on.
