Dang Good Resturant Ltd

My cousin came to Edmonton and asked if we have any good Vietnamese Restaurants near the west end. We decided on Dang Good.The restaurant was small (maybe 15 tables) and very clean. The server came to our table and took our order on a tablet. (I like that .... no mistakes!!) He reiterated our orders and then asked if we were ok wit chop sticks or if we wanted cutlery. (again, I was very impressed by this)I ordered the 3 Colors with spring rolls, beef & pork. As much as I wanted to try the coconut rice, I had vermicelli noodles. I also had a can of diet coke. My meal came with fish sauce that I poured over top that added a wonderful flavour. I also added a little Hoisin Sauce and chili sauce.All in all, it was a very good meal and very filling. The vegetables that were in the bowl were very fresh and tasty. The spring rolls were quite tasty. If I had one suggestion, I would suggest that they add a little more beef/pork. But, the bowl was very filling and tasty!!! My dinner was $16.00 (tax in)My cousin had Combo #4 and enjoyed all of the skewers and especially the coconut rice!! (substituting coconut rice in any order was an additional $1.50.) He also had a Vietnamese beer. My cousin's dinner was $25.00.(tax in)We both agreed that the food was reasonably priced, well worth the money and above all else .... VERY TASTY!

I came here for a quick lunch after running around the city for a while. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside decor is actually quite nice. The restaurant is clean and the staff were very friendly. It was busy for a 2pm so I can only imagine what noon is like. I ordered grilled beef on rice with kimchi, so it was more of a Korean style dish than Vietnamese. I was really happy when it came out because it was obvious that the beef was freshly grilled. The rice and salad were refreshing with the fish sauce for extra flavour. And the Kimchi was a bit spicy but mostly tangy. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The Owner mentioned that I ordered one of the two longest to cook items off the menu. So if you are looking for something fast be sure to ask because while my food took over 10 minutes to cook during a regular paced afternoon it could take longer when they are swamped. I would still order the same food, though. It was worth it.

We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. We were told that this was a legit, great eat so we opted to try it. I ordered the Sate, and friends got the same. We shared the Green Onion cakes as well. My first spoon full of Date Pho was Dang Good indeed!! Never, have I ever had such a tasty bowl of Sate Pho!! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! Clean, quick and reasonable pricing! I wish I lived closer!

Went for lunch based on my sister-in-laws recommendation and wow, this place is great! Spring rolls were amazing, the salads are great and the vegan pho was life changing! It was so good, we bought an extra to bring home for dinner!Portions are very generous and the service is fast and very friendly. I highly recommend this place!!!'

My partner and I have dined at Dang Good at least 6 times. We keep coming back for the friendly staff, great food, and cleanliness of the restaurant. Definitely worth a visit.
