Delicious dinner tonight at Daniel’s. I had Atlantic Char while my husband had Grilled Veal Chop. They brought us a small cup of lentil soup with a side of bruschetta plus the yeast raised hot rolls which were to die for! Our entrees were very good but we really splurged on dessert: berries with zabaglione and bananas foster- both made table side! Then they brought a taste of double chocolate brownies with raspberry sauce! I also had coffee, which was just right. It’s BYOB, which we liked and took our favorite wine to enjoy. I visited this restaurant with my family in September and I have probably thought about it at least once a day since. Our experience was wonderful. The staff made us feel so welcome and were very attentive. Every dish was made to order and was beautifully presented. Beyond that, the food was incredible! I wish I could have tasted everything on the menu. I'll definitely have to be back. Each plate was well balanced and you could tell that chef Bass truly loves the food that he is preparing and treats each dish with care. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Best restaurant in the shore area, hands down! Just when I thought this restaurant couldn't get any better, new owners came in and freshened up the place. The menu and recipes are still the same as of now (which is delicious all around), and they poured some love into giving the place a facelift for the better! I had the pleasure of speaking with the new owner, Chef Bass, who mentioned they will be creating and outdoor patio garden dining area out front. I can't wait to see it! Friendly staff, amazing service, and mouth watering dishes. BYOB, too! I recommend reviewing the menu before bringing children as it is not a place that serves chicken fingers and fries.
Amazing Dinner tonight !! The new owners are amazing !! So good to see you Bass and Kim we are so happy for you Bass makes you feel so special when you walk through the door you will always get lots of laughs with fine dining . The steak was amazing , the scallops were superb and he was so generous and gave us a complimentary appetizers and a dessert. Our server Joe was excellent. Very energetic and personable. For appetizers we had escargot, and fois gras Both appetizers were delicious. for dinner we ordered steak and tail and arctic char, with chantrel mushrooms and capers. Dessert was berries flambé the ice cream. Our waiter Joe made our dessert table side with lots of flair. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. We will return.
Wow... The food here is on another level. I had the filet mignon and it was perfectly cooked! Also it had the most flavorful sauce on it. Their asparagus side which was equally delicious! All plates were empty by the time we were done. The executive chef came out and talked to all of us as well. Just a great experience! Definitely going back 100%!
We were about to try this restaurant this week, until reading the reviews. That make the owner and his nasty wife sound obnoxious and unfriendly. Every complaint about the nasty wife’s attitude goes without comment from Daniel. Obviously we know who wears the pants in this marriage. As for the waiters and food, they come with very good reviews.
Very impressive. Great service and even better food- Had the duck breast. Perfectly cooked, tender and tasty. The foie gras accompaniment put it over the top. The owner was very personable and met with all tables at the end of the meal. 5 stars my friend.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The staff were phenomenal and the food was outstanding! The Chef even came out to speak with our group and made us feel very welcome. I strongly suggest checking out this hidden gem on the Jersey Shore!
Went here for dinner on Thursday night with my family and we will 100% be going back. Compliments to our waitress and the chef for an amazing experience
