My main issue, however, was the price—our total came to $37.75. We ordered a patty melt with bacon ($11.50), the Fruity Pebble French toast ($11.00), and two bottled drinks. I've sampled water at several other brunch places and have often been let down. It’s usually warm or stale and can have an off taste. However, the water here is consistently excellent.
I suspect they have a good water filtration system, and it’s likely stored in a sports cooler for easy access while you enjoy their delicious homemade hot sauce. The water is served at the perfect temperature—not too cold and not too warm—allowing for a smooth sip without an icy shock, even in the sweltering South Carolina heat.

Hidden Gem! Was looking for a breakfast spot on a Monday near our hotel an easy walk for a delicious breakfast! Staff was super friendly and the food was quick too. Good variety as well! Too hot for us to sit outside but good options for seating and dog bowls for 4 legged friends too! Would definitely reccomend!
That's a cool spot. We went here for a quick breakfast and coffee. All we ordered was fantastic! The sausage, egg and cheese sandwich was incredible! The English muffin was from this world. Accompanied by an icy latte, you can't go wrong. Your espresso was great!

Lovely spot and fabulous welcoming service. Food was ready quickly and delicious. We had Patty Melt, Regular Hash, Chickpea sandwich. All very tasty and good sized portions. Coffee was great too and place was spaced out well and clean. Great vibe!
My husband and i sat at the bar and Tessa was amazing. She gifted us some pancake mix for our anniversary (SO SWEET! and made sure we had everything we needed while we ate. Everyone was so nice and hospitable during our visit. We will be back!
One of the best breakfasts from a corner store in Charleston. I doubt I’ll ever find hash this good again, and the breakfast BLT is excellent. You’ll regret it if you miss this place. A must-visit! Food rating: 5/5.
I went back and tried the burger, this time without the egg, and it was fantastic! I also had the pancakes with Fruity Pebbles, which were incredibly soft, sweet, and fresh. I absolutely love this place!

What can I say beyond it was freaking spectacular. 2 adults had pancakes putein and a breakfast burrito and every single one of them was absolutely awesome wouldn't come again no questions asked. $32
Great coffee and super yum food! They also have outdoor seating with heaters so you won?t get cold. Highly recommend the hash breakfasts!
