I waited in line for 17 minutes because they wouldn’t move the cars forward, even though they just placed an order. I don’t understand why I even bothered calling in my order if I'm going to end up sitting and waiting like this. Now my food will probably be cold, and I doubt I'll get any kind of apology for the inconvenience. After 23 minutes, I decided to leave. I won’t be going back again.
The staff is consistently friendly and patient, the food is delicious, and there are many delightful ice cream options to choose from. Unfortunately, like most family-run businesses, the prices are slightly higher than those at large chain ice cream shops, but they are still affordable.
We stopped by for ice cream, shakes, and malts. They also have a menu featuring fried foods and creamy desserts. Since the food is made to order, it takes a bit of time for your order to be prepared. The prices are reasonable. The young man at the window was very polite!
