Top marks for a nice atmosphere, decent food, and being a cool little place with screens for football (and outside) and some fun occasional entertainment. But people, come on, the front of your bar shouldn't be a dumping area it's weird that I even have to write that! Please sort it out, don't you have a COSHH cupboard or something? Marks taken for the aforementioned dumping ground literally right next to the bar, a novel yet somewhat disappointing beer selection, and the occasional staff member who seems a bit put out that you're even asking about football in a pub that shows football. I do really like this place though, and I would recommend! A lovely spot for what will likely be a lovely...
Why would you rename a pub to a not common pub name which is already in use by a pub elsewhere in the city? Are you hoping people get confused into going h instead of church road? one of the worse roasts i’ve ever had and expensive for what it was. staff hostile though specifically only two our one brown skinned friend. wanted to give this the benefit of the doubt but after reading other reviews it feels as though it was intentional.
Sunday roast meet up with a group of friends, very welcoming atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and helpful along with a Sunday roast made with love. Bring your friends for a lovely end to your weekend.
