The bar had the fastest service I have ever experienced at a bar or club. The team was communicative, efficient, and worked well together, with everyone smiling. The drinks were great. We went on a Saturday night, and even though this isn't really my scene, I had a fun time. The lighting was very dim, making it difficult to see people's faces on the dance floor. The bar had a Russian roulette theme, where you never knew if the person you were dancing with would be attractive or not-so-attractive. Datcha is a must-visit restaurant in Montreal. They have an amazing lineup of DJs, some of the most talented in the city. I suggest checking who is playing before you go to make sure it matches your taste. The bar has a great atmosphere for enjoying a cocktail before hitting the dance floor, with a dark and mysterious vibe. The Moscow Mule is a must-try drink at Datcha. The candlelit jazz nights are also a highlight. Overall, Datcha is one of the best spots in town.
The jazz night at this restaurant is absolutely amazing. It's essential to arrive early to guarantee a table and experience the band, but it's worth it to indulge in tasty drinks and amazing jazz. The Tarot reading was a delightful addition to the evening, and my date night was truly enhanced by it.
