Got sat way past our reservation. Almost 30 mins late. You’d think with a party of 20 they’d have us prepared and expected a large party to show up. Tons of workers but no one to bus the tables?? No sense of urgency from the staff. I get you’re busy and you can’t control when people leave, but the tables sitting there untouched while everyone just stands there and watches the game. Takes 4-5 people to bus the tables and still takes them 15 mins to clean it. The manager came up to us and apologized and we told him we understood but the sense of urgency wasn’t there. The food was alright, drinks were good. Needed a couple of those to ease the situation.
Attended a going away party for a co-worker, food took forever to come out, service was very slow, only had 1 waiter for 20+ people who was also serving 2 other tables. The flat bread was so undercooked that the cheese was still stressed (not melted) and the dough was so undercooked, it stretched like raw pizza dough. Brussel sprouts were still rock hard, not cooked much...overall very different from how it used to be. The improvements to the dinning area were nice and very new looking. Wish we were covered more at the table. I finally told the waiter to just leave a pitcher of drinks so we didn't have to wait so long, but was denied.
Food was good. Service was good. Noise level that day was good, not too loud, but it was hard to hear the game. There were 2 football games on at the same time so it's understandable. I didn't like the table we were seated at. They put us in the booth furthest from the screen and having to turn my head 90 degrees for the whole game is not acceptable. I did put a request for seating to easily view the games, but they put us in almost the worst seat. Seriously love their jumbo tron to watch games, my only reason for going.
I had a great experience overall, and while the food was decent, it would have been better if they hadn't removed the barbecue items from the menu. Additionally, it seemed like the menu had shrunk quite a bit. However, the staff was fantastic and very helpful. The games were okay too.

The food was delicious my waiter was so nice and attentive the only thing is that I had a reservation and they still made me wait But they were nice enough to explain the reason why and I only waited maybe like 30 minutes more
It was amazing, I will be going back next week with all my family and I think will will be hosting our family reunion there.
Service was great. Good waitress. Just the food was not as good. Food was way too salty.
The food took a really long time to get out and the restaurant was not busy whatsoever.
