Dave's Cosmic Subs, Seal Beach

This was my first time coming to Dave's, and it was great! The sandwiches were tasty and out of this word! Service was fast. The second the line was out the door, they got multiple cashiers working. Very fast service and I'm very glad I gave this place a try! Free refills by the way! Also, love their chips. Also, the decor in the restaurant was very amusing and cool. There are paintings on the walls and ceilings that are super cool. If you are around, give Dave's a try!! pretty good.Quick update. on 12/09 2nd time here i orderd same thing. i did some upgrades i asked them to go lite on the vineger dressing i also cut the bread in half no knife needed j just tore the bread apart. this way i was able to have a top bread and a bottom bread. you need to set the meat aside to do it. this way you can eat it all together since the meat is pushed out the other way. i also added mayonase on the side it was very very excellent. id say perfect italian sandwich.

The sandwich is tasty, but its assembly is a bit unusual. I found it easier to rearrange it so that I could eat it like a traditional sub. The shredded cheese seemed like an odd choice for a sub as well. It felt like this sandwich was created by a pizza place, given the cheese and pepperoni. Despite that, it was still enjoyable, and I would definitely eat here again.

Amazing sandwich shop. Everything here is delicious. Bread is fresh. Meats are great quality. Vegetables are nicely chopped. Sauces and cheeses are great. Portions are good. You can eat only half the sandwich if you want to scale back. Prices are reasonable. Service is quick and friendly. Highly recommend the #1 or the meatball. Awesome lunch spot. The sandwiches are good. While there are other places I prefer, I would definitely stop by if I’m nearby. The atmosphere is laid-back, and the staff is very friendly, making me feel truly welcomed.

This is the best sandwich place I've ever been to! The Grateful Dead Sandwich is incredibly delicious. I do miss the old bread, but it's still really good.
