Pocket Burger Shack

Was taking a break from the beach and the rest of the group and walked by Pocket Burger Shack with my dad, and decided to pop in and see what was up (the music and smell of food lured us in). Daniel, the owner, immediately greeted us with some tasters of their fresh juices/smoothies made fresh each morning. We decided to order some food based on the great hospitality, and were not disappointed. The tacos, which they had only launched the week before, were unreal. this place was a jewel of a place. the burgers were good to begin. to make better was a home sauce that strengthened all the aromen from the tri-tip burger that was ordered. the fries were well fried and was the perfect companion to the burger. only critique was that her garlics were a little under seasoned. but their frescoes were amazing, fresh and tasty. they would be highly recommended!

I've been living in LA for 10 years, and I can confidently say this is the best burger I've ever had in Southern California. The staff at the counter were incredibly friendly—definitely the nicest people I encountered all day. I will definitely be driving back. The sauce on the Pocket Burger was truly a revelation!

This place serves the finest burgers I've ever tasted. The tri-tip burger is massive and packed with flavor, complemented by a fantastic sauce. The house-made lemonade is delicious! I got the breakfast burrito with soyrizo, which was awesome both in size and flavor. This is a great little place, you can tell they really care about their food and service, definitely worth a trip.

the bag has new owners and not disappointed them. excellent post sun, sand and well eating with great service. side note, owner earlier took the bus to rosemead to seal beach back into the day so if they are one of us, let them know.

Awesome place to eat after visiting the beach! The staff was really friendly and the Fresca's were delicious (which you can sample each one). The burgers were really good as well!

really good burger, garlicries was brilliant, but most when the staff was very pleasant oh and try the fresh mango ananas juice.

I tried the strawberry-banana shake and the BBQ burger with sweet potato fries for the first time, and it was delicious!
