I go there every single day even when I live in Brooklyn I would stop there for my lunch since I worked out in Long Island. I know his mom I know the owners absolutely amazing people if you want outstanding service and to feel like you’re legit part of the family in a business you gotta go to this deli, they always show you the upmost respect you’re always very kind. He’s amazing. Decent place, customer service was amazing. The people working there are very friendly and if it's your first time like mine, get ready to stare at the menu because they can make so many types of food! We got Philly cheesesteak, bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and some fries. The cheesesteak was a bit salty for me. The bacon egg and cheese was pretty good. The fries were soggy when I got it, not my type of thing. All together came down to around 15 dollars which is very affordable. If you're hungry and need some food for cheap price in a local area, this is a good place to go.
The prices at this restaurant have increased significantly, with a $6 plate now costing between $10 and $12. Additionally, the staff member had a poor attitude when informed of errors in the order, and did not rectify the situation. Not only were side orders charged for but not received, but there was also unwanted food on the plate that was not ordered. The lack of customer service and rude behavior from the staff member further added to the negative experience.
I work nearby and have been coming to this restaurant for about 3 years. The staff is always very friendly, the food is excellent, and the service is quick. Even though I don't spend much money, they remember my order and I am always satisfied with my experience!

The manager has a rude demeanor and the customer service is unpleasant. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant as they do not communicate about any changes to orders and seem to act as if they are the ones paying for the food.
I stop coming here bc she got to expensive and the food was skimpy , gave it another chance it’s the same plus they worried about working to fast and not accurate they do a lot of stuff unreasonable and unprofessional
I have been a patron of this restaurant since high school, and it has consistently delivered delicious food and excellent service. The staff always makes you feel like part of the family.
They have the best breakfast sandwich’s for the lowest price. I’ve been going for a couple of years now and they’re always very nice and fast with my order.
