A cute cafe, one of the few that were still open on a Sunday after 2:30 for food. Most places in Lutry stop serving lunch at 1:30 which is typical for the area. The kitchen was very limited but we managed to get a delicous salad...I ordered salad nicois without the anchovy! Cant eat those nasty little fish, but they served a nasty fish with the salad anyway...I think it was a piece of mackerel. I tasted it but left it a side and ate every bite of the rest which was quite good. They have seating olutside and inside. A nice place to grab a bite if you are in the Lavaux region. As a local I have been to Restaurant de la Tour at least 20 times for business lunches, as a couple and with friends. The food and service has always been very good or better. During the summer months sitting on the tree shaded terrasse with a very special athmosphere is delightful. When it comes to the decoration of the otherwise pleasant dining room, the visit of an interior designer could do wonders.
Visited here last week for the 1st time while travelling in Switzerland. Great local restaurant: food was generous and delicious. The place has a lovely atmosphere aided by the friendly staff. Definitely recommend it and will be back!

Terrible experience. By far one of the worst places in Switzerland. Would not recommend for anyone to ever go there. Horrible staff, horrible food, horrible service!!!!
