In all my 64 years, I have never encountered such blatant price gouging as I did at this restaurant. Two small, clearly old red and orange peppers cost an astonishing $11.65. I don't want to waste more time discussing the other ridiculous prices I observed today. It's hard to understand why anyone in their right mind would choose to shop here. Fortunately, the cashier acknowledged the outrageous prices and suggested that if I wanted to, I could leave the items at the register. I can assure you that I will never return to that store again, and you shouldn't either—unless you happen to win the Powerball. They are truly taking advantage of customers.
Having moved from Brooklyn, where Key Food reigns supreme, I now reside in Ossining, and I'm thrilled to find this supermarket just a short 10-minute drive away. This place truly ranks among the best. They offer a wide selection of USDA organic food and wild-caught salmon, along with plenty of other healthy options. The produce, fish, and cheese are all outstanding! The customer service is exceptional, with bright lighting and quick checkout. It’s a fantastic high-quality store that remains affordable!
The food and service here are excellent! We've tried several dishes and they've been as good, if not better, than what we've had at most restaurants. The selection of cold beers is fantastic, and we absolutely love the pear cider. We make a point to stop by during our bike rides, which are over 100 miles from the city.
