Called in today for breakfast/brunch, we are so glad we did. The place was packed and there was loads of people waiting to come in too. We ordered from the table using the QR code which was easy, we waited maybe 10 minutes for our food which was delivered by a very polite member of staff. The food was excellent, 3 of us ordered the breakfast muffin, 1 of us got the cheese bacon toasties. All of the food was excellent and piping hot, we absolutely loved it. We only wish we'd come here yesterday! We will 100% come again on our next visit to Liverpool.
Changing the name of an establishment while keeping the same front house workforce. Formerly Leaf. Despite the new name, the staff are still in need of customer service training. Response: 5 customers waiting long time to order food, 1 person behind the bar while other 2 just floating about and didn't have the initiative to help a colleague. The staff members were working individually instead of a team. No warmth from the staff towards each other or customers, just doing their jobs.
The vibe, the look, the classy feel... The sheer quality of the food....all mine blowing. The service is fast and friendly. The chef knows his stuff. I've worked globally in the burger industry for big players in the gourmet burger world.... The Diablo smashed burger with beef brisket here is THE best burger I've ever tasted! My wife eats Gluten Free and had the best looking and tasting GF tapas she has ever had. Totally recommended!
We have a loungers passport and this was lounge 24 on our visits but it stood out in terms of friendliness and welcome. The barman (Manager I think was very pleasant and we talked about the Llandudno lounge. Food was excellent and a really nice atmosphere. Thank you :

Alisha made some beautiful drinks and Lauren looked after me and my friend so well on the floor, even better is the atmosphere, would highly recommend getting a drink and heading upstairs with the beautiful lightening, it’s for couples and families alike
Amazing experience! Food was perfect, drinks were great, staff were lovely. One small thing, it was really cold because of the AC other than that, it was perfect!
