We visited the Parowan location after their busy rush, thinking it would be a good time to go, but we ended up waiting an hour for our food. We ordered mozzarella sticks as appetizers, but they arrived after our main meals and were still cold in the middle. The pastrami burger was decent, but it came with no sauce at all. The Reuben could have been better if it had some sauce on it. The deluxe grilled cheese only had two slices of American cheese and no tomato, despite the menu stating it should have three cheeses and tomatoes. The sweet potato fries were the highlight of our meal. Unfortunately, the service was really slow, and we struggled to get anyone's attention to check on our appetize...
This is what I wanted for breakfast. They are open early and food was perfect. Keep in mind popular places have waits and can't always accommodate your every whim. Especially mom and pop shops. Guessing most of the bad reviews are from Californians squatting in St George thinking they deserve better cuz they fancy themselves professional bloggers. Don't listen to haters. Dede's was great. Go in, relax, and have some good food.
we thought we had a late breakfast/ breakfast lunch. husband had the skillful meal. perfectly cooked and very tasty. my son had earthy and creamy French toast - he loved the fresh earthy - he said it was the best of all time. I had the daily speciality of chicken salad on a fresh soft croissant with sweet potatoes. no wait, dede and her daughter are so friendly and we loved it here. come back! great prices too!
What a delightful experience! This restaurant is such a pleasant surprise when you walk in. It has a charming atmosphere, and the staff is extremely friendly. The menu offers a wonderful variety of options, all of which are delicious. It's clearly a favorite among locals, and I can understand why. I had a fantastic time at breakfast. This was a great find, and the prices are reasonable too!

One of my new favorites! We discovered Dede's on our last trip to St. George, and we will definitely return! I loved that it’s a small hole-in-the-wall place; it has such a cozy, hidden vibe. The service was friendly and incredibly quick. Our food arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! The prices were very reasonable. We really enjoyed Dede's, and we can't wait to go back!
Most adorable place ever! Love the decor all over and the food was amazing! The chicken fried steak was the best I've ever had and the service was phenomenal our waitress was sooo sweet and attentive and the girls (3-4) loved her! Will definitely recommend to anyone I talk to!
The service was friendly and really quick. The food came out piping hot and delicious! When we first pulled up you could see that there were lots of locals, which was a good sign when first deciding. I definitely would recommend anyone to stop in and try one of their omelettes.
My two friends and I called around 10:45 AM on a Saturday and were warmly invited to come in and be sat right away! We arrived at 10:50 and had foot at our table by 11:15. The food was delightful and it’s a unique atmosphere. One of my favorite St. George experiences!

that was the meal I waited for all week! when they walk in, they feel like in dedes kitchen. very friendly. eating was so fresh and delicious, I almost hurt myself. the atmosphere is bright and happy. a “will come back” Hometown dining!
As good as it gets for a great home cooked style breakfast with good people. Never been disappointed until I found out you are closing. I'm kinda new to the area but always felt welcome here. Thank you!
