The food was delicious, but it took an hour and a half for Ivan to bring us our meals, even though there were only 4 other tables in the restaurant. With 4 kids and 4 adults, our dishes were simple and not elaborate. We considered ordering dessert but decided against it to avoid spending another 2 hours at the restaurant. We used to eat at this restaurant almost every day during our 5-day trip last year because the food and service were exceptional. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, as the service has deteriorated. Disney now adds a mandatory tip to every bill, which was disappointing considering the poor service we received. Paying an 18% tip for subpar service for 4 kids and 4 adult...
You need a new greeter. She never passed on the message about my daughter’s birthday and to listen to all she had to do with one table moving before she could check us in was not necessary. I don’t care about that. It’s a first impression and I was very concerned about the rest of the experience. Fortunately we had an amazing waitress Julian and the food was equally amazing. That first experience almost made us reconsider our dinner choice and was going to go across the street to the Waldorf. Glad we pushed through. But you need a new hostess!
Rebecca and John were fabulous. We had the best servers ever. The food was amazing so delicious we didn’t want for anything. Our experience was fantastic. We really really loved it. We would go back to anyone in a heartbeat. It was our anniversary and they even served us a free dessert. It was chocolate cake. It was so delicious as was everything. I can’t say enough how happy we were with Rebecca and John, they were amazing. They made our anniversary experience memorable. Thank you so much. We really had a great night five stars to them.
Everything about Deep Blu was phenomenal. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, just an overall great experience. Rachel took great care of us, knew the menu, and knew what to recommend! Chef Alex was amazing, and the menu he has created did not disappoint. Everything tasted so fresh! We can’t wait to go back next time we are in Orlando

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but the prices were ridiculously high. The service was extremely slow, and it took over two hours for a party of four to dine on simple seafood dishes.
My husband and I had a date night and magical dining. We both enjoyed our Rib eye steaks and the dessert . our waitress Rebecca went above and beyond
Dingy dark mediocre food the front desk check in woman was unaccomadating, and crazy contolling no words to describe her unpersonable behavior
Ordered mussels and artisan salad. Artisan salad good. Husband ordered salmon. Overpriced. Terrible service.
