I placed an order at 5:53pm and was told that delivery would take 1 hour and 10 minutes. After waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes, I called to inquire about my order and was informed that it had just left. Another 30 minutes passed, so I called again as I only live 7 minutes away, and was reassured that it should be arriving any minute. I expressed my concern that the food would be cold if it had been sitting for 30 minutes. The delivery finally arrived 10 minutes later, but the food was cold. I sent the delivery driver away after waiting over 2 hours on a Saturday night. Ordering from this restaurant always seems to be a hassle, rather than a treat. I will not be ordering from them again.
I placed an order at 5:20 PM and was told that the food would be delivered by 6:21 PM. I called to check on the food at 7:00 PM and was informed that it had just left and would be another 15 minutes. I called again at 7:50 PM as the food still had not arrived. It finally came, but was quite cold. When I asked the driver why it was so late, he rudely told me to "not have a go at him" and to call the restaurant instead, all in front of my young children. I will never order from them again.
Missing a 11” pizza and garlic mayonnaise from my order. The cheesy chips were soggy and tasteless. 11” half half pizza was cold, the whole order was poor quality to be honest felt like it was either sat waiting for the driver or been for a ride around town before it got to us. Ordered for years from Deep pan but the service and quality has gone down hill
I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times, and while delivery is sometimes on time, it is often late by an hour to an hour and a half. My son loves the pizza from here, but the long wait time ruins the experience. There is no communication about delays, and when trying to call, no one answers. The customer service is not great.
