Went there for my birthday for breakfast with he family. We got there at the right time because the hostess told us they were expecting a reservation of 30 people. Service was courteous but extremely quick. We got seated and coffee in under a minute. Our orders were taken less than 5 minutes later and the the food arrived maybe 10 minutes after that. We were in and out in under an hour. The food itself is amazing. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. Their breakfast potatoes are mashed and seasoned with spices and onion (you can order plain if you like), they were AWESOME. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Just back from having Breakfast at Dejeuner Cosmopolitain, its my second time here in a few years. We had a big breakfast wit h two eggs over easy, fruit, bacon and home potatoes and a bagel with cream cheese, mashed home potatoes. Prices are reasonable and food good. Place was very busy and very noisy , and popular with large groups. Service friendly ,very accommodating, but a little slow because of the amount of people. If you want a quiet breakfast , go early in the morning. High recommendation for breakfast, Home potatoes were delicious.
We were just out shopping and got hungry it was past breakfast time but that's what we all wanted so we chose this place, it was very good I had the all meats plate it was perfect came with coffee and orange juice as well, my daughter had the cheddar and bacon crepe looked delicious, staff is very nice and certainly on the ball.
Our Ladies' Group from church went there for breakfast and we were very happy with the service, the atmosphere and the food. They gave us a room by ourselves, and treated us very well. Portions were great, almost too much, and served attractively. Prices were great as well.

The food is excellent at this restaurant, but it can get quite noisy on weekends due to the large crowds. If you don't mind the noise and are not seeking a quiet, romantic atmosphere, it's definitely worth a visit.
We went for breakfast here on a Thursday we were 2 adults and 2 children age 1+8 food was very good service was even better and there was no extra charge for sharing our plate with the kids.
I ordered the 2 Eggs with Bacon and Potatoes dish, but asked for the bacon to be omitted due to being a vegetarian. The meal also included toast and baked beans.
The best there is for many years running.
