I visited Del Taco this morning around 10:30 and was served by a young lady who was very rude. She didn’t even ask if I wanted hot sauce, and it felt like she was irritated with me for not responding exactly how she expected. She became a bit snippy, and if she doesn’t want the job, she should find something else because I was definitely unhappy with the experience. When I got home, I realized she never asked about sauce or my preferred taco size. I mentioned a size, and she just said medium or large without much care. She really needed to calm down. It was Saturday, and the place wasn’t even that busy. I don’t think I’ll be going back—she didn’t seem pleasant at all and really shouldn’t be...
I had missing items in my order, and when I called for help, the customer service was terrible. There was no manager available, and Tiffanie was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. When I asked for her name, she confirmed it ended with “IE” instead of “Y.” I requested a credit by email, but Tiffanie was unhelpful and seemed annoyed that I called. This experience was disappointing, and Del Taco definitely needs to improve their hiring standards.
While placing my order, the employee was rude and disrespectful. Given the current environment where people can be deceitful, I was concerned that the food might have been tampered with. On August 27, 2022, at 8:19 PM, I decided I wouldn’t eat here even if I were starving.
They always manage to mess up my order. I go in specifically asking for something with cheese, and they throw in random ingredients instead. I'm never going back again. Today was yet another disappointment with my order. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
