I experienced missing items in my order and when I called for assistance, I received the worst customer service ever. There was no manager available, and Tiffanie was incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone. When I asked for her name, she confirmed it ended with “IE” and not “Y.” I requested a credit via email, but Tiffanie was unhelpful and seemed upset that I called. This is disappointing, and Del Taco really needs to improve their hiring practices.
