If you're after the usual industrial flavors of Taco Bell, this isn't the place for you. However, if you want fresh, authentic ingredients, then this is definitely the spot. The staff are consistently friendly and in high spirits, and the restaurant is always kept very clean. The only downside (if you can call it that) is that service can occasionally be a bit slow, but that's because they take the time to prepare fresh fries for every order. Also, they could use some maintenance on the bathroom door locks, as they are installed backward and indicate "in use" when they're actually vacant.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today around 1 PM, and I had a fantastic experience! The lady at the drive-thru was extremely friendly; unfortunately, I didn't catch her name since she had a name tag but I couldn't read it. She kindly provided me with a variety of sauces when I couldn't decide what I wanted. My food was served quickly and it was hot! I will definitely be returning, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service. The prices were quite reasonable as well!
If you don?t mind someone handling your food while not wearing gloves and a mask come on in. I was so excited for this location to open because I love Del Taco normally but after eating here 3 times it?s a complete let down. Someone could at least take a broom to the floor and try to act somewhat professional instead of arguing with customers. I want to start this review by saying that I?m from Pittsburgh, we don?t have Del Taco there. I skipped it while in southern CA the last time due to some other plans and I was planning a Vegas vacation for this week before we realized COVID was still going to stop us 8 months later. Hit or miss, like any fast food place. My epic fresh guac burrito didn't have a drop of guac... Just rice and meat. The chicken cheddar rollers didn't have the chipotle sauce etc. But the carne asada fries, iced coffee classic taco were all great so just know the quality and accuracy will be RNG.
First time ordering from here and definitely the last. I am so disappointed. The cheeseburger I ordered was to bad, I took 2 bites and put it back in the bag. The chicken burrito was 98% lettuce 2% chicken. Fries aren't even worth much mention. I would've given No Stars if that was an option.
My phone was updating, so I wasn’t able to read the reviews. With all the incredible taco food trucks in Columbus, like Taco Nanzo, it’s hard to understand why anyone would choose this place. I won’t go into detail about the food, but I can say it was terrible—everything about it was off.
The food was excellent overall, but the Carne Asada Queso Torta Meal was disappointing and definitely not worth the price—I'd give it a 4 out of 10. On the other hand, the Crispy Chicken Taco was amazing! I would rate it a million out of ten!
