DelacaSeas Cafe - Réserver une table

Staff was pleasant. Food was pretty good. Most disappointing was the groupon was not accepted. Found out after settling in with drinks and bread and review of menu. It did get us to stop there and try the menu but felt taken.

very friendly staff in this small caffe with cute decorations. the tables are beautiful, like the old time tea rooms. eating was very good and portions were great. chef came out and made sure everyone was happy.
