I arrived at the restaurant last Friday around 3pm, just an hour before they closed, in need of two sandwich platters. I was planning to meet some friends for a catch-up that evening and wanted fresh, delicious sandwiches, which is exactly what I got. Each platter was £21, totaling £42. I requested a variety of sandwiches with cheese, chicken, ham, sauces, salads, and properly seasoned. I also asked for a small amount of my favorite egg and onion sandwich, heavy on the onion and properly seasoned. A few friends and I went to a restaurant for lunch and placed our order with the friendly and helpful ladies at the food counter. However, the black-haired woman with glasses was rude to an elderly man in front of us, and we were barked at when we ordered our drinks. If you don't enjoy your job, then maybe it's time to leave. Despite this negative experience, the rest of the staff and the food were wonderful. The coffee was average, and the woman who made it was rude. I asked to speak with the manager about her behavior, which was ultimately a bad decision for the company.
I had dined at this restaurant before, so I went back when I saw the specials board outside. However, I was surprised to find that there were no prices listed on the board. I asked for an Irish fry, but it seemed like they didn't offer it. Instead, they kindly offered me sausages, eggs, bacon, and toast. When we received our coffee and the bill, we were shocked to see that it was £23.00 for two people. The food arrived, and the toast was very hard. We had to ask for butter. Overall, the food was overpriced and disappointing.
Great food let down by a terrible service! No menus brought to our table, waited 20 mins for order to be taken, food arrived before drinks.. Had to ask several times for all the drinks with some being brought after we finished our meals. Side orders were substituted without asking... Unfortunately wouldn't recommend or visit again

I’ve been eating here a few times at lunch recently. The food is consistently good quality; fresh and plentiful. I would say the goats cheese ciabatta was a bit soggy one day but since then I’ve had panini, sandwich salads all excellent. Staff always very efficient. Will return
We had a beautiful healthy salad and homemade soup earlier today. Each salad bowl was made to our individual requirements and was tasty, crunchy and fresh. The soup was delicious. If you are wanting something healthy don’t go past this restaurant
Staff barged past the babys pram and huffed for it being there, instead of offering a high chair for the baby to sit in. Counter people are not nice to greet! The staff could be tought some manners with a kick up the arsh
Just had an afternoon tea box. It was absolutely delicious.. Sandwiches very fresh with beautiful fillings. Very well presented. And ample portions. Well worth the money. Catherine hourican

We visited for coffee, which was decent. The lunch offerings were diverse and looked good. There is some outdoor seating. The indoor space is pleasant-enough. Friendly and efficient staff
Lady edging counter had a mask on round her chin. What’s the point. Food ok but small portions. Used to be better.
