We were first customers there, reservation at Six people came in afterwards and were served before us. The servers felt bad but had no excuse for it. The host couldn’t have cared less when we voiced our dismay. We were under a time constraint as we had concert tickets for that evening. Had to leave without dessert, celebrating our wedding anniversary
Inattentive waitress resulted in minute wait for salad to be served. Steaks sat on shelf and finally served at room temperature after another minute wait. Quality steak well seasoned but evening ruined by terrible service. Not likely to return
This was a very poor experience. We waited for over minutes for our order. The service was spotty at best. Although the reviews are good, that was not my experience this evening. Would not recommend this place
I had chosen your restaurant over Ruth Chris, and Steakhouse, and I must say we were disappointed with the long wait and also the quality of our food, we spent around total and weren't satisfied Réservez une table maintenant
Food was awesome, once we finally got it. Took almost an hour for food to arrive. Server never came to table unless we flagged someone down. Only thing that saved this dinner was the food
My wife and I ate here before the Robert plant concert at the Mann Music Center and our steaks were excellent! This is a great location for a nice dinner before a concert there
The service what extraordinary, but the food what low quality and with no detail. I will not recommend this location of Delmonico’s to friends and family
