I can't say much since I've only been once, but the eggplant Parmesan was outstanding. The lasagna? Easily one of the best I've ever tasted—both in the U.S. and throughout my travels in Italy; it was that impressive. The bread they serve is absolutely addictive. Boston is known for having one of the best Italian food scenes in the country, as evidenced by the long wait times at many restaurants. I would have never thought that Revere could compete in that arena. If it weren't for a friend whose parents grew up in the area and recently discovered this gem, I wouldn’t have found my way here. I had dinner with 2 friends and the food was excellent . My parents used to get take out there over 75 years ago and I ordered Shrimp Cacciatoire with angel hair pasta, just like i did as a kid! Itwas AMAZING, as usual. one of my friends had the Seafood Stuffed Haddock with rice and kept repeating praises all the way through her meal. We ended with Tiramisu coffee. What a great night. The food was subpar and didn't meet expectations, earning just one star. The service was equally lacking; the staff seemed inattentive and uninterested in providing a good experience. Lastly, the atmosphere was far from inviting, making the overall dining experience quite unpleasurable. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my visit.
