Demente Tarifa - Réserver une table

The food is awful, employees are young, unprofessional and cheap. Without the view and location, this place would go bust in 1 week. Demente is a restaurant chain I guess, it seems no nobody cares about what happens here. The concept is somewhere in between a beach restaurant and a chiringito, but only combines the negative parts from those. They do not need returning clients anyway...
